Replying to a contact request

Review agent contact requests, check verification status, and accept or reject — including when ID and mobile verification are required.

  1. Open Contact Requests

Sign in and go to your dashboard, or open Contact Requests from the dashboard navigation. Pending requests appear at the top; you'll also see a badge when new ones arrive. You may get an email notification when an agent requests contact.

  2. Review who is asking

Each pending card shows the agent or landlord name, their message, and when the request expires. Use View agent to open their profile and check verification status before you decide.

  3. Verify if needed

To accept a request and share your contact details, your identity and mobile number must be verified. If they aren't, you'll see a banner with links to My Passport to complete ID and phone verification. This usually takes a few minutes and only needs doing once.

  4. Accept or reject

Accept to share your contact details with that agent so they can reach you directly. Reject if you're not interested. When rejecting, you can optionally block the agent so they can't request again for a while.

  5. Check history

Accepted, rejected, and expired requests stay in your Contact Requests history so you can see who you've shared details with and who you've declined.
