Accessing leads
View tenants who accepted your contact requests, see unlocked email and phone, mark contacted, and export CSV.
When a lead appears
A lead is created when a tenant accepts your contact request. Their email and mobile become visible to you. Until then, pending requests stay under Contact Requests, not Leads.
Open the Leads page
From your agent dashboard, go to Leads (also linked from dashboard stats when you have accepted contacts). You'll see a list of tenants who shared their details with you.
Find and manage contacts
Search by name, filter contacted vs not contacted, and sort the list. Open a lead to view email and phone, return to their passport, or mark them as contacted so you can track follow-up.
Export if needed
Use CSV export when you want to work with leads outside Ikri. If the list is empty, you don't have accepted requests yet — search tenants and send contact requests first.
