Purchasing credits

Buy contact credit bundles with Stripe, understand pricing per request, and track your balance and refunds.

  1. Open Credits

    Sign in to your agent account and go to Credits from your dashboard (or Profile → Credits). You can also open Credits when a contact request is blocked because your balance is too low.

  2. Choose a bundle

    Pick a credit pack that fits how many tenants you expect to contact. Contact requests cost 2–6 credits (€30–€90) depending on the tenant's rent budget. Larger packs usually include a discount versus buying the smallest amount repeatedly.

  3. Pay with Stripe

    Confirm purchase to open Stripe Checkout. Complete payment securely, then you'll return to the Credits page with a success message and an updated balance.

  4. Track balance and history

    Your Credits page shows current balance and a transaction history for purchases, consumption, and refunds. Credits are refunded automatically if a tenant rejects your request or doesn't respond within 72 hours.
